and this is a circular cooling tower with base
diameter of 113 m and tower height of 71.5 m.
This tower will be the largest in
Saudi Arabia
and one of the world’s largest sea water Round
Force draft cooling tower. |

Replacement of
existing Chillers |
The brief scope
of the project is: replacement of existing
Mitsubishi Chillers with Thermax Chillers
on-line. Also
it involves dismantling of the existing Chiller
network, installation of Chillers, reconnecting/modification
of pipes and controls, laying of new control and
power cables in the running plant, connection of
Chillers on-site (500-600mtrs) to the control
room, installing new PLC and modification of the
existing DCS and logics online.
The design portion of this project is
being done by DAR Industrial Division. |
